3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 onion, diced
4 cups beef broth
2 tbls tomato paste
1 cup tomato puree
1 tbls apple cider vinegar
1 tbls chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp all spice
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbls cacao powder
Zucchini (need 1 per person)
1/2 cup kidney beans
cheddar cheese, shredded for garnish
