This Date Cake is delicious! And it’s gluten free, dairy free, low carb, vegan… and still yummy 😉 Yay for healthy dessert!

My friend from Australia, Chef Adam created this beautiful recipe. Let us know if you make it!

Crust:
1 cup almonds
1 1/2 cups pitted dates
1/2 cup boiling water

Cake:
2 cups almonds
1 1/2 cup dates
1 cup boiling water
2 tbls cacao powder
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbls maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
