Try this advanced drop set technique to help you get a bigger, rounder, and more lifted butt when doing squats. First, don’t go all the way up, keep tension on your glutes the whole time. Start with a barbell and do as many as you can. Then once you cant do any more grab 2DBs and do some more. Then burn out with just your body weight.
