Gluten free, no processed sugar, DELICIOUS PUMPKIN MUFFINS that are actually healthy for you! Each one is very filling, thanks to the pumpkin and the brown rice flour. Feel free to use any flour you’d like! Gotta give these a shot, they are so perfect! Not too sweet, and will fix your pumpkin craving – guilt free!

3 eggs
3 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup maple syrup (or raw honey)
3/4 cup brown rice flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon all spice
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
