You guys asked for it, so here’s another BREAKFAST MEAL PREP! This time, ZUCCHINI CAKE BREAKFAST MEAL PREP! Kinda like, savory pancakes!! Only 6 INGREDIENTS! Really simple to make and so inexpensive. Will only take you about 30 minutes to make and you’ll have 4 days of breakfast! Double the recipe and you’ll have 8 servings!

HOW TO STORE/REHEAT THESE

1. Meals can last in the fridge 4-5 days. After that, freeze. Take out the night before eating and defrost in the fridge.

2. Can be eaten cold, but if you want to reheat, heat in a covered saute pan for a few minutes.
