1. Meals can last in your fridge for 5 days.
2. After that, freeze the meals, then take out the night before you plan to eat one and thaw in the fridge.

INGREDIENTS are to make 4 MEALS:
But you can easily double or triple these ingredients to make more!

600g chicken breast
100g yellow onion (1 small)
200g carrots (about 3-4)
200g celery (about 3-4)
6 cups water*
fresh rosemary and thyme
8 oz pasta

*Use 4 cups the first time and 2 cups once you add in the water. If you have a bigger crock pot than we do, feel free to add 6 cups and 2 more for the pasta if you’d like it more soupy. It is VERY filling as is.*
